PCN staff

We now have other healthcare professionals either employed directly by the practice or through our PCN (Primary Care Network), these can include Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physio and others. They are all helping the practice in managing our patients.

Pharmacists may be the clinician who contacts you regarding your medication requests or reviews.
