  • Whooping Cough vaccinations for pregnant women

  • Flu vaccinations now in stock 

  • Over 65s

    Under 65s if you have a chronic disease, asthma, COPD, Heart disease, High Blood pressure, Learning Disabilities, Pregnant women and if you are a Carer. 

  • Telephone us to make an appointment or if you are unsure whether you are eligible

 

 

 

Communication - Accessible Information Standard

Accessible Information Standard  (AIS)

We want to get better at acommunicating with our patient.  We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you.  If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.

We want to know if you need information in:

  • braille

  • large print

  • easy read

We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.

We want to know if we can support you when using a hearing aid or communication tool.

Let us know the method of communication that you feel comfortable with.

We may be able to provide NHS Health leaflets in your preferred form of communication.
