Do It Online

Patient Online

Patient Online gives patients the option to make appointments, order current repeat prescriptions and view their electronic medical record (currently repeat medications, drug allergies and adverse reactions) online, using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice.

Online services complement the existing ways patients access appointments, prescriptions and their records.

It will be your responsibility to keep your login details and password safe and secure. If you know or suspect that your record has been accessed by someone that you have not agreed should see it, then you should change your password immediately.

If you can’t do this for some reason, we recommend that you contact the practice so that they can remove online access until you are able to reset your password.

If you print out any information from your record, it is also your responsibility to keep this secure. If you are at all worried about keeping printed copies safe, we recommend that you do not make copies at all.

The practice has the right to remove online access to services for anyone that doesn’t use them responsibly.

How to Register

  • To register for online services please print off the form from here and bring to the surgery with two forms of identification, one needs to be of the photographic type, i.e passport and one needs to be a proof of your address.
  • Once your identity has been verified you will be sent an electronic letter to your registered email address (Please ensure that you check your Inbox and Junk Mail Box regularly for the letter).
  • When you have received your letter simply follow the 'How to Complete your registration Guide'.  Remember there is no need to register more than once, unless you have not registered for all of the available online services
