- To Whom It May Concern (TWIMC) letter – £50 – £100 Price depends on volume of information needed
- Medical Report without a Consultation – £150
- Sickness/Accident Claim Form – £75
- Private Medicals
- HGV Medical with a Consultation – £150
- Fostering/Adoption Medicals – £150
- Taxi Medicals – we do not do, these can be sourced privately elsewhere

- Confirmation of life for foreign pensions – £75
- Duplicate Request For medical records – £50 + estimated postage costs (special delivery)
