Routine appointments
For Routine issues or to book a Routine appointment please use this link: Routine request – this link is available 8am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri – excluding bank hols).
You can also continue to book many types of routine appointments on the NHS App 24/7 and by calling the practice on 0161 529 1140.
Weekend and evening appointments are available by ringing the practice on 0161 529 1140, you can also ring our number Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays and will be redirected to our extended access service.
Admin requests
The quickest way to make an admin request (sick note, repeat prescription, referral updates, letter requests etc) is via this link.
We have trained our reception staff to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive the most appropriate medical care from the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
You can also ring our phone number 0161 529 1140 to be diverted to the appropriate service.
Extended working hours are available late weekday evenings and the weekend with GP’s, Healthcare Assistants, Practise Nurse’s, please contact the surgery to book these appointments.
Please tell us:
If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
 If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email.
 If you need an interpreter.
 If you have any other access or communication needs.
 If you would like a chaperone with you at your appointment.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible on 0161 529 1140.
